In CMS-Flow the wind shear stress is calculated as

     ${\tau }_{Wx}={\rho }_a{C}_d{W}^{2}sin(\theta )$ ,  ${\tau }_{Wx}={\rho }_a{C}_d{W}^{2}cos(\theta )$
